They do not uphold claims I have a belkin screen protector for iPhone. Cost more than other protectors but I bough because of lifetime guarantee. Well the thing cracked after about 6 months . Tried to make a claim and they refused because I did not have receipt but as I registered the product with them when I bought it , I didn’t think I’d need to keep the receipt . Clearly their warranty is just a scam and anyone looking for a screen protector should not be conned into this one . Truly dreadful customer service too

Lasciate stare i vetri per iPhone. Lo pagate 40 € e non vale niente uscite dal negozio e già si rompe alla prima mezza volta che il telefono cade.Ti danno due anni di garanzia ma vi passa presto la fantasia di cambiare i vetri in garanzia. Su Amazon a 7 euro comprate tre vetri che valgono 10 volte quelli di Belkin.

Ich kann mich meinen vorrednern nur anschließen! Displayschutz mit 5 Jahresgarantie? Von wegen. Wie beim Vorredner Adresse nicht korrekt belabelt und somit nicht angekommen. Ich laufe nun mit einem IPhone Pro Max mit kapputem display durch die gegend seit über 6 Monaten und werde nun eine billigfolie wie früher nehmen!

Really bad experience the second time again. I wanted to try it again but the company keeps sending my orders to a complete different address and keeps mixing up post-codes, flat numbers, ect. Just horrible!! I just want to get this sorted put and will never order again!

Une honte la garantie à vie pour la protection d’écran ! Faire une demande en ligne, un chat inutile. Je dois enlever et envoyer la protection d’écran cassée pour « analyse », en attendant tout ce sketch on fait sans évidement ! Bref Apple me l’a vendu en me disant que c’était une demande en ligne très simple et qu’ils envoyaient sans problème un remplacement. Au final j’en veux autant à Apple qu’à Belkin c’est une belle arnaque !

DO NOT BUY THINGS FROM THIS COMPANY! They have scammed me, I purchased a charger docking station and it was faulty, after trying and trying to return it they finally sent me returns label. I posted this with proof, it’s now been 16 days and I still haven’t had a refund even with proof of postage. They are reluctant to give me my refund, I believe they are lying and they do have it but just are unwilling to give me my money back. I am disgusted at their service, they take days to reply, no one knows what they are talking about and now I’m £120 out of pocket! I honestly don’t think they will even give me my refund, what do I do now? I need that money and they just accept that it’s theirs! Even sending proof of postage makes no difference with them, stay clear of them and do not buy anything from them! Absolutely devastating!!!

I have always bought Belkin Invisiglass screen protectors for my iPhones through the years and have never had a problem - until today. The screen protector has bubbled up in the bottom left hand corner and I have logged a request through Belkin's website for a warranty replacement. I have provided the original invoice as proof of purchase; it was purchased in an Apple Store and fitted by Apple professionally. Since that time I have heard nothing back from Belkin at all and when trying to contact them today within their stated business hours, I was told that the office was closed as I was calling out of hours. I then tried to use their live chat and a message came up to say no agent was available. I am really, really disappointed with Belkin and certainly, when I change my phone sometime later this year, I will NOT be buying a Belkin screen protector.
