It’s a great idea to do automatic payments because I won’t fall behind on my dosage, get lazy and forget to order. About to complete my first 30 days and so far so good. I would recommend a service to remind customers by email or text of the date automatic payment will be billed.

update: staff reached out and sent me a new order without issue. i’m very thankful for the attention and have updated my review accordingly. previous review: I emailed for shipping support minutes after an autofill error and received confirmation the following business day that my order was being sent to a different state. There was no staff or teammember that reached out to me.
