Dopo aver fornito il preventivo, sono spariti nel nulla. È impossibile mettersi in contatto con loro nonostante i ripetuti solleciti; pur avendo un ufficio nella mia città, non forniscono un numero di telefono e non rispondono alle email. Invece di eseguire i lavori, hanno tentato di truffarci proponendo di acquistare l'appartamento danneggiato a un prezzo stracciato. Siamo stati costretti a rivolgerci a un'altra ditta, con conseguente perdita di tempo. Da evitare assolutamente!!! After providing the quote, they vanished. They are impossible to reach despite repeated follow-ups; even though they have an office in my city, they provide no phone number and do not reply to emails. Instead of doing the work, they tried to swindle us by offering to buy the damaged apartment at a rock-bottom price. We had to switch companies, resulting in a waste of time. Avoid at all costs!!! Ongelooflijk onprofessioneel. Ze zijn twee keer langs geweest voor een lekkage-inspectie. De tweede keer zouden ze een rapport opstellen, maar dat is niet op tijd bij VVE aangekomen. Het ergste was echter dat de lekkage die ik had, veel groter werd en schade aan mijn woning veroorzaakte. Belfor nam geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid en ondernam geen snelle actie om dit professioneel en met verantwoordelijkheid op te lossen.

Onbetrouwbaar bedrijf. Zouden maandag 14 sept tussen 1200 en 1400 langskomen. Niemand gezien. Dus gebeld -bezet. Andere afdeling gesproken met het verzoek om mijn voicemail in te spreken met reden waarom men niet is geweest (ik sta voor de klas.) Voicemail 1, ik bel bij deze terug.... zucht. Weer gebeld, weer bezet, weer voicemail ingesproken. We zijn niet geweest omdat er niemand thuis zou zijn om open te doen (klopt niet!Belfor gaf zelf aan dit met een bewoner van het complex te hebben geregeld! Ze wisten dat ik niet thuis kon zijn, dat was geen probleem!) Dus men neemt niet eens de moeite om te bellen dat men niet komt! Anders had ik het kunnen oplossen. Weer gebeld, weer bezet, weer in de wacht. Ik heb opgehangen. Onbetrouwbaar bedrijf dus!

Belfor scammed us out of the insurance funding. Sponsored by aviva insurance but did not get help until days later while our basement was filled with water. When they did come they sent 4 teens to rip out 4 ft of drywall leaving all the nails sticking out of the framework and damaging our water pipe and spigot for our washer. They sent some fans a few days later. They are claiming $10,000 for their one day of work. My husband who is 77 years old drained the water (using our fishpond pump because our sum-pump seized during the deluge of water which Aviva INSURANCE is denying claim. Shop vac the basement floor, mopped the entire surface. Removed wet carpeting and thick foam underlay. Carted everything damaged wet and moldy smelling to the curb for pick up. Aviva hired sedgewick as adjusters who are infamous for their motto deny, deny, deny, WE HAD NO OTHER RECOURSE BUT TO HIRE OUR OWN CONTRACTOR AND MAYBE SOURCE A MORE RELIABLE, HOME INSURANCE COMPANY. SIGNED FRUSTRATED

Un grand merci à Khalid et Johny qui ont pris le chantier de réfection et d’embellissement de trois pièces de notre maison après un dégât des eaux : ce sont deux professionnels sérieux, efficaces, et aux petits soins pour les clients. Ils sont d’une grande gentillesse et ils font tout pour que les journées de travaux soient plus « légères » ; le travail est exécuté avec beaucoup de soins, de précautions et de respect.
