Pros and cons to the app

I don't like that you need to wait 3 days to get paid, i feel like if you arrive and complete a job and send in pictures you should get paid that day. When it snows you get paid the same day. I do like that if you are slow that day you can pick something else up and go do it. The prices on jobs are silly to me, for example the price of gas is so high but to go and cut a yard is 38 dollars, who wants to drive there truck and trailer around for 38 dollars that's not even covering gas. For jobs that need a quote there should be a time limit on when the job should be available. If there are bids the client should be told that they have reached (let's say, 5 quotes and now they need to choose one or close the bid). Update the app more frequently. Sometimes the pictures don't load up at all or I need to wait to get out of a certain area to complete my work, it makes it seem like I was there for 2 hours when I was there for 30 minutes.

Hi Jermaine! Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We're glad LawnGuru has been helpful for picking up extra work when your schedule is light, and we appreciate you pointing out areas where we can improve. We understand your concerns about payout timing, especially when you've already completed the work, as well as how job pricing and travel expenses affect your earnings. Our standard payout timeline is currently 3 business days after job completion, and pricing is based on the service area's square footage and local market rates. For quoted jobs, customers are notified as bids come in and can accept, decline, or wait for additional quotes, but we think your suggestion about setting a limit is worth exploring! We're also sorry to hear about the photo upload issues and how they've affected your ability to close out jobs promptly. Please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can look into the pricing and technical issues you've experienced and address any remaining questions. We appreciate your partnership and the thoughtful suggestions you've shared to help make LawnGuru better for providers!
