I got screwed due to false information on the website. A product that had a part number for a 10pack and in the product description it stated it was a 10pack. So I ordered 4 with the intent of receiving 40 units (4 ten packs). When it arrived it received 4 individual units. The biggest problem is the product was 6 weeks out. Now I’m another 6 weeks to reorder the additional units I need. So now I am responsible for delay of project and could be fined for it.

We appologize for any inconvenience. We reivewed the order and it is sold in single but packed in 10s. Sorry for our misrepresentation and we improved the listing to clarify for customers. However and just to get your project going, do you think you might be able to use the rough-in kit. We have stock and we can get it to you farily quick and match the price. We will communicate with you via email or free to call us during business hours M-F 8am to 5pm PST.
