Online ordering was quite easy and I was updated on order and shipment progress with the right frequency, etc.

Ordered 12 days ago, got charged, and was notified it was about to ship. Didn’t get it 3 days ago as initially estimated, and it didn’t look like it even shipped yet. Asked customer service for help 2 days ago and after an acknowledgment haven’t heard back. Still shows as not having shipped. So, failure to ship and failure to get back to me about what is happening.

Your original order (#S1223-22466) was processed and fulfilled promptly on Monday, October 12, but the carrier unfortunately misplaced the package in transit, which stalled tracking updates. Because of the delay in getting back to you, we have issued a full refund of $18.94 back to your original payment method. Additionally, we created a brand-new replacement order (#S1223-22960) completely free of charge, which has been fulfilled and is currently in transit to you via ground shipping. You should have received an email with the new tracking details. I called and spoke with I believe his name was David and he was very helpful in determining what exactly I needed for my under cabinet lighting. Ordering was very easy and lightning was delivered quickly.
