Excellent customer service!

Becker does an incredible job at over-preparing you for your exams. My only complaint is that the practice tests are much harder than the real tests. I recently took the REG exam and scored 63, 53, and 57 on the practice exams. So going into my real exam I was super stressed about not passing. I ended up scoring a 92! I’m very happy with my results obviously, but due to the lack of confidence I had after taking the practice tests I almost paid the fee to reschedule my exam because I didn’t think I was ready.

Passed all 4 sections in 4 month. Becker is great!

Everything is great. However, you should consider putting in a couple of notes pages between modules instead of just some blank space or just 1. I’d rather have all my notes together rather than flip through a notebook.

Tim and Peter are very funny and make studying for the CPA exam more tolerable!

I found Beckers Review very helpful for me for preparing my CPA course and passing. In some areas of any of the subjects where there was lack of clarity initially, found updated in subsequent issues of materials. Honestly speaking my Chartered Accountancy qualification helped me lot to find clarity and understanding of the CPA study immensely. Last but not least, Edupristine , the franchise of Beckers here at Mumbai, India ,helped lot to get updated materials.

I have not dealt with customer service at all, really when using Becker. Out of the year I have been using it for CPA study, there was only one day they were down, and they explained in a nice message on the support line that they were down and they were working to restore the site access. They had it back up overnight. I was also still able to study using my phone app. Not ideal, but it worked for the single day they were down. So based on this experience, I would say great service.

Overall great program. Going through entire program and leaving 3 weeks for final review book & overall final review definitely prepared me for each exam.
