The Q&A functionality of the live webcasts is not good. It's clear they either are trying to use AI or they outsourced the work to a team that isn't properly trained. I asked very simple questions and couldn't get an answer...only a repeat cut and paste response from a prompter that they must be given. After a long time I was finally able to get the question escalated to a supervisor but my question never ended up getting answered and it was clear they didn't care to improve the process so I just moved on and now know that if I have a question it's not worth the effort to ask.

AUD slides have so much info but they switch too quick. I constantly have to stop and rewind just to read it.

My sales person rushed through the sale and when I discovered an error on when I needed my subscription to start, just a few hours later, he refused to make the change. The threat of losing my discount shut me down. There was a follow-up call that was no help either. You must have an abundance of subscribers therefore the sales people had no real empathy to help. I will remember this at renewal time. I regret changing to Becker.

Inititally, it feels like pretty simple to use. But they don't give credits for courses taken again within a year. This is pretty bad as they don't give you any warnings while signing up or taking the course. Supervisors are never ever available and would randomly call you back (even during your sleeping hours). Wish they had friendlier hours for the west coast!

I called over a week ago to schedule a tutoring session and was very transparent about getting 2 scheduled in 1 week to review my weak areas. Instead i was scheduled the very end of the next week. I’m completely disappointed and did not get the support Becker promised after spending so much money on the professional package with a printed 5 tutoring session it was not worth it at all.

Good software and instructors, BUT as if all the small print and nitty gritty of the CPA exam itself wasn’t enough to make you want to tear your hair out - watch out for Becker’s fine print on their “Exam Day Ready” Pass Guarantee, or you’ll get screwed!
