BebirdReviews of bebird.com

I had a great experience with this store and their customer service. I placed my order using a US forwarding address because I mistakenly thought shipping to Ukraine was not available. After placing the order, I realized that direct shipping to my country was actually possible. I contacted customer support, explained the situation, and they responded very quickly. Not only were they willing to update the shipping address for me, but they also kindly waived the additional international shipping fee that would normally apply. This was entirely my mistake due to not paying enough attention during checkout, yet their team handled everything professionally and efficiently. The communication was fast, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. It's rare to find customer service that is this responsive and accommodating. Thank you for making the process so easy and for helping resolve my mistake without any hassle. I highly recommend this store and will definitely order from them again.

Arrived on time so far a good product work well

I have been using my first Bebird ear cleaner since 2020, it is truly the answer to my previously blocked unhappy ears, and frequent visits to the doctor to have them cleaned. I find using the Bebird cleaner much less unpleasant than irrigation by my doctor or micro-suction by the ENT. It is certainly more convenient and less expensive. I clean very gently, I think this is extremely important and regularly to avoid large build up and it has proven to me to be an invaluable part of keeping me free from ear problems. I am just about to upgrade to a newer unit and I am sure that the quality of the new one will allow me to continue with the ear hygiene I need.

They replaced my ear cleaner there was a problem with the camera

Lieferung war wie versprochen, jedoch aufgrund der langen Lieferkette dauerte der Versand lange.

Fantastic little device. Delivery took around 10 days. I was trying to avoid Amazon but as it was shipped from Hong Kong anyway and took so long I would have considered Amazon. Unfortunately the rubber has split on the hook on the second use.

I’m not very 'techy,' but the Bebird app made setup a breeze. It connected to my iPhone instantly. The interface is simple, and the 'limiting ring' on the scope gives you peace of mind so you don't go too deep. It makes a potentially scary process feel completely safe and straightforward.
