Great product. Delivery needed extra tariffs, would have been helpful to have this stated clearly next to postage/shipping costs. However: worth it.

Hello, Thank you for your positive feedback! According to your country's regulations, you may be required to pay import taxes. Unfortunately, the calculation and collection of taxes are managed solely by the receiving country, and we have no control over this process. Information about potential VAT charges was sent to the email address provided with your order. This information is also available on our website and during the checkout process. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. While we strive to offer high-quality products and fast shipping, some factors are beyond our control. We will work on improving how we inform our customers about potential import charges in the future. Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. If you have any questions, we’re happy to assist!

Hello, Thank you for your feedback — we truly appreciate it. According to the tracking information, your order was delivered on time (the average delivery time within Europe is 7–21 business days). Unfortunately, we cannot influence the speed of postal services, and we’re sorry if the delivery time was disappointing, even though it did not exceed the expected timeframe. We are constantly working to improve the quality of our services. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts with us.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback — it helps us grow and improve. We’re truly sorry this situation occurred. Unfortunately, we cannot influence how the shipping company chooses to transport the international parcel, as they determine the most optimal route on their end and on what customs clearance costs will be charged. At the moment, we are working on improving the quality of our delivery and shipping methods. We truly appreciate your feedback — it’s a great reminder that we’re always striving to do better. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out anytime.
