Everything arrived quickly, protectively packaged and just what I ordered. Been a fan since BP first appeared on IG for US shoppers. While I've seen prices increase over time thus causing me to cut back on experimenting with an array of skin care and makeup products, I remain faithful to my staples in both categories.

Wanted to return an item in my order, emailed BP as directed, never heard back. Have emailed 3 times asking for a return and refund due to a strong odor in a product that I don’t like and nobody has replied to my email. Horrible, non-resistant customer service. I purchased 5 or 6 items and this bad customer service means I will not be purchasing again.

Hi Cathlin, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your feedback. This certainly isn’t the level of customer service we aim to provide, and we completely understand your disappointment, especially when you’ve been trying to resolve an issue with a product. We have now reached out to you by email to follow up on your concerns and assist you further with your return request. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. Best wishes, Grace from Member Happiness Beauty Pie
Your products always go out of stock with no return date. Products I love disappear without notice. Shipping for members used to be free. And now it’s a minimum, which honestly makes me order less

Hi Rosemarie, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your feedback. We understand it's frustrating when your favourite products are out of stock. This can happen for a few reasons, as we prioritise quality and work with suppliers globally. For example, the order might still be with the supplier, it could be in manufacture, or there might be unexpected logistical delays or issues with raw materials. We're doing everything we can to navigate these complexities and get it to you. We’ve reached out to you by email so we can make sure you receive the most accurate and up-to-date information when these products are back in stock. Please do reply to our email with any further questions or concerns, and we’ll be happy to help. Best wishes, Grace from Member Happiness Beauty Pie

Been a member for many years. Love all the skincare so much! I love some of the makeup (liquid eyeliner, tubing mascara) but it's been hard to find other makeup colors that I like.
