Thanks for providing an equivalent…
Thanks for providing an equivalent product for the one I was previously using that was discontinued (white powder). It keeps my face matte and non-shiny without effecting the color of my base makeup. The price is higher, but was delivered timely with notifications during that process. Will definitely buy this and maybe other products again.

Disappointing
The quality of the products is great, although more and more often I find my favorites to be out of stock. They keep adding new variations of existing products with minimal differences and it is confusing and unnecessary. The delivery always takes unreasonably long time and Customer Service is hard to reach unless one likes chatting with a robot which is rarely helpful and always off-putting.

Hi Kate, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your feedback. We're really pleased to hear that you love the quality of our products, but we're sorry that stock availability, delivery times and getting in touch with our Customer Service team have left you feeling frustrated. We understand how disappointing it is when your favourites are unavailable, and we appreciate your feedback on our product range, too. We're always looking for ways to improve, and we'll be sure to share your comments with the relevant teams. Thank you for being part of Beauty Pie and for taking the time to share your experience with us. Best wishes, Grace from Member Happiness Beauty Pie
