Delivery slow

Very fast delivery and good service

this company is kinda shady and horrible and aggressive customer service. they have a strict and limited policy on what can be returned and refunded and it's very broad. no cancellations allowed although it hasn't been fulfilled in 5 fives days, no refund on essentially everything. their processing/shipping is extremely long. i placed an order on 8/13/2025 and it didn't shipped until 8/19/2025 and eta is 8/23-24/2025. the entire process is between 10-14 days depending on your location. there are better online shopping options than this one. avoid.

I ordered something I used to use from beautifiedyou.com. I was happy to find that it was in stock. I received an email which explained that the item was shipped and I received the item when it was supposed to arrive . It was packaged in a cardboard box and along with the receipt were samples of products that I ‘m looking forward to trying. I will definitely go back to beautifiedyou. com to see what they offer and to make my next purchase!
