I had some technical issues that I needed help with I called support at beatport and spoke to Jess. She worked diligently all day to find answers and resolutions to all of the issues that I was experiencing. She even noticed some things that I was not aware of. I can't think just enough for all the help and work she did today getting things in order for me with my downloads and my account. If you're reading this thanks again Jess appreciate all the help

Fantastic customer 1st service! I had accidentally made a purchase in an incorrect file format, reached out to Beatport's customer service to see if I could get it changed. There was no way to convert the file formats to what I needed, so they credited my account for the error that I myself made, and allowed me to repurchase the correct file format with the credits I received from my own mistake. Now THAT is looking out for your customers. Thank you so much Beatport!

Funktioniert so lala , das Abo ist definitiv OK, nur wenn man wirklich etwas davon haben will.. braucht man das Abo für 29.99. jetzt der Haken, die Traktor Play Seriennummer habe ich immer noch nicht, der Support schläft süß und selig, von wegen in 24 Stunden. Dafür kam 3x der Hinweis das ich doch meine Goodies einlösen soll und sofort anfangen kann.. sofern ich die Seriennummer habe.. und auf die warte ich heute noch, das Ticket bei Zendesk ist weiterhin nicht bearbeitet, das Mittlere Abo witzlos für DJs...so macht man sich richtig unbeliebt , der Support ist ganz ehrlich frech, anstatt sich des Problems anzunehmen wird mehrfach nachgefragt ob man nicht alle Order durchgesehen hat, Screenshots der Mail die den Code enthalten soll.. Liebe Firma Beatport. Ihr seid nicht in der Lage Eure Angebote zu erfüllen, bekommt Euren Laden in dem Griff, anstatt die Kunden für Eure Fehler zu nerven.

Five star rating for Beatports customer support. Technical issues with changing from a monthly to a yearly subscription were solved fast and in a professional and friendly manner. I had one person of contact that took care of my case with accountability, additionally increasing my trust.

The website is difficult to use at times but their support team took care of me!
