The website is difficult to use at times but their support team took care of me!

Beatport has issues with showing the correct keys and bpm. But when i was learning to dj, i learned that either we determine the keys and bpm by ear, or with rekordbox. That is the my only pet peev though. Great support team that was able to fix my issues quickly.

I sent an email request to the customer support team & within a couple of days my issue was resolved in a friendly & efficient manner.

Good catalogue, great support service but... the website is horrible ! no ergonomic improvements in the 14 years I have been a customer, it's slow, heavy, searching something is painful.

Amazing customer support, helpful and quick resolution. The site itself (mainly the search functionality) could use an update however.

Overall pretty good. Glad they made a download all button, seems like it was purposely left out, but thing of the past.

As a DJ: Website design and song catalog is amazing. It's easy to find, sample, purchase and download tracks. As a label/artist manager: It's super easy to request and update to the profile picture, bio and also enroll in Beatport Hype. What would take my review to a 5 star: - I wish the site loaded quickly after hitting the search button. - I also wish the site used cookies/cache to remember my login credentials on my personal laptop.
