Impossible to put together on your own. Had to have it done at a local bike shop. Bike looks cute but if I had ridden the bike prior to purchase I would have made another choice.

When I received my bike it had badly dented fenders and did not include pedals. While Beachbikes (Sixthreezero) was happy to replace the missing items and damaged parts, but they sent fenders that did not fit and pedals that were the wrong size as well! Seriously...The process of dealing with this company has been a big waste of my time and money.

Ordered my beach cruiser which arrived within 10 days BUT missing parts such as seatpost, pedals, nuts and bolts and reflectors. I called and emailed. Although apologetic, I am extremely disappointed that the response to their error was not an immediate overnight shipment of missing parts! Also the representative said she would email me by end of day, but that did not happen. It remains to be seen if I get what I already paid for. Maybe I should have gone to REI as recommended by my son. VERY Disappointed and frustrated🙁 Update: Since I wrote the above review, the parts were finally delivered 10 days later. The seatpost is not a tight fit. My husband says it is the wrong one. I will call to request the appropriate seatpost. Take my word..if you have never assembled anything, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FIRM. The directions are very unclear and no tools are provided. If you don’t have 5,6,7mm Allen wrenches and adjustable wrenches readily available, you are lost! UPDATE 2: Finally got the right seatpost mailed to me. My husband put in on without any issue.

Quick shipping & delivery. Biggest issue is that multiple pieces of the bike are bent, including both rims.

The ordering process was easy but I sent an email explaining that one of the fenders that came was damaged. I asked what to do get a refund on the fenders and they just said bnb they would send me new ones if I took pictures video and other steps. I don't even want new ones. I said I would return the ones I bought but I'm not paying shipping twice. I just want a refund on the fenders

Well I still don't have the bike I ordered 3 weeks ago (now 1 week late for my wife's birthday), things got fouled up on many issues...hope it's nice, but from an execution standpoint, everything after the order has been one screw up after another. Not going here again

When i got my bike and the bolt that holds the handel bars in place was cracked i had to replace that then 2 of the spokes broke off after not even that long that i had it

It took over a month to receive my bike with absolutely NO updates. I had to repeatedly call and leave messages to get any information. When I finally received the bike (which I love by the way), there was one part that was custom but didn't fit the frame so I had to return it. It has now been 2 months and there are STILL items that I ordered and paid for that are missing and again NO updates. I have to repeatedly call. I just cancelled the remaining parts and I will purchase them somewhere else.
