Very happy with the service.

I have booked several overseas business class flights with James, he always provided an outstanding customer service and he researched the best trip for me by providing several options according to my departure preference and the price as well. Additionally, when I was “stuck” in Warsaw Poland about a month ago due to Lufthansa pilot strike, within couple of hours he was able to locate another business class flight with different airlines. I have referred his services to my family members, and I will use his services in the future

James was professional and thorough. I requested a certain aircraft and reasonable layover and he did an excellent job finding the perfect flight. He was very helpful and my experience was all positive.

I worked with Paula Ratliff from BCflights to book a complex trip (business & vacation) from the US to several destinations in Europe trying to balance a number of constraints with the dates, flight duration, airline preferences, comfort level, cost, etc. Paula quickly comprehended all my constraints/desires, etc. and within few hours presented me with a number of options. We picked one of those options and started making further changes and customizations. Amazingly she was able to help me find a very reasonable ticket that met all my expectations. Paula worked hard after hours and she was always willing to listen to my input and to explore solutions. Not only she is intelligent, fast and effective, but she is very pleasant and made the whole process feel very constructive and I'm now looking forward to my upcoming trip. I highly recommend Paula and I will definitely work with her if I need further assistance during the current trip and for all my future trips.

A huge thank you to Paula Ratcliffe. This young lady took all the hard work of booking flights to the US off of me, our bookings are never quite straight forward due to my husbands disabilities, but non of my requests fazed Paula. She listened, and came back with the perfect option for us. She engages with you, makes promises she keeps, and sees it through to the end with a final call to make sure everything has been covered and confirmed. I would not use any other company now, it just makes my life easier having someone who does what they say and does their job well. Thank you Paula
