I had initial problem installing my eSim as im not very digital savvy. Got in touch with Bcengi Support team and i was assisted by Aliaksandra who took over from the AI bot… and im so grateful to her for her effort and patience in helping me sort out my eSim installation. She was such a hreat help and i wish all Support personnel are like her.. thank you Aliaksandra, im all set and ready to go !! Oh, one thing i wish that i could safe the chat interaction for reference.. may be in future.

Black Friday promotion. My husband is using Bcengi successfully in Türkiye. I saw the promotion and installed Bcengi a few days ago. Today I send an email to say I believe I qualify for the $10.
