Beware! They charge a 25% restocking fee. Wont do business with these people again.
By Veronica C.
Response from BB Wheels· Apr 9, 2026
Veronica, Our restocking fee policy is clearly outlined on our website and is agreed to at the time of purchase and prior to initiating a return. These fees help cover the costs associated with processing returns, including inspection, repackaging, and vendor charges. We always aim to be as transparent as possible and encourage customers to review return details before completing a purchase. If you have any questions or would like us to review your specific situation, we’re happy to help further. Thank you, BB Wheels
