We are so happy with the garden gnome of my husband that we ordered from bbobbler! The likeness to my husband is quite uncanny and we’ve had so many positive comments on it from family and friends. The communication with the representatives at bbobbler was so helpful and we were kept in the loop throughout the entire process. Amazing customer service :)

The customer service was excellent. Always gave me updates on the process. Very satisfied. Product arrived in great shape!

We've started a tradition at our company of ordering custom bobbleheads to celebrate retirements and other major milestones, and they've become a huge hit every time. The team is incredibly easy to work with and is responsive, communicative, and prompt throughout the entire process. They make everything simple from start to finish, and the finished bobbleheads always exceed our expectations. We highly recommend them and look forward to working with them for many milestones to come!

The product we ordered was wonderful, the quality was excellent, and the process was not only fast but very transparent. Every step of the way I received communication and updates from Alice including pictures of how this custom bobble was progressing. Everyone at our wedding just loved it!

Company took their time to get the likeness comparison as close as they could for my wedding cake topper. Did a fantastic job.

★★★★★ Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Bbobbler.com! From the very beginning, Lily provided exceptional customer service. Her communication was outstanding—she was always responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure every detail was right. The review process was smooth, and the team happily made revisions until we were satisfied. They never made us feel rushed and worked hard to make each family member resemble the reference photos as closely as possible. The final product exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality are fantastic. This custom family bobblehead is a truly unique keepsake, and I know it will be a treasured gift for many years. A special thank you to Lily for her professionalism, kindness, and dedication throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a custom bobblehead with excellent communication, great service, and a beautiful final product, I highly recommend Bbobbler.com. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Highly recommended!

Bobblehead arrived broken, hand snapped off. Sent pictures to company and asked for refund and their suggestion was to go buy strong glue and stick the multiple pieces back together. Asked for a refund as it was not what I paid for and they said no because they had paid for labor and materials. Terrible product, terrible service and much better options are available Update: they ask that I return it to china. The cost of shipping the return is almost 60% the cost I paid for the bobblehead.

I have ordered several bobble heads from bobbler.com. They have been dependable and very responsive. The quality of the work has been excellent. Highly recommend.
