Great communication, perfect service!

Wow! I was impressed from start to finish! Ordering was easy! I stated what I wanted, & sent along 2 photos. Less than a day later, I had an email from bbobbler with follow-up questions for clarity. A few days later I was emailed the first proof. I made minor corrections & sent along another photo for clarity in my reply. A day or so after that, I received another email with the new proof. The likeness was uncanny! I gave the go-ahead to complete the work. A couple of days later, my bobblehead was shipped! It arrived VERY well packaged & quick! I was quite surprised at how heavy/solid it was - this was no lightweight plastic item! It looked exactly like the final proof I had ok’d, and had the Navy emblem on the base we had discussed. 100% pleased! The communication was on-point throughout production, and never did I feel I was too much trouble for any requested change. I’m seriously hoping to have more made in the future! My sailor is going to love it!

The is was my first bobblehead. Mark was amazing and patient. He took every single one of my requests and then verified with me multiple times before finalizing the product. It came out amazing. Great detail. My husband loved it. I’d buy again in the future!! Delivery was fast once product was finished. But we weren’t in any rush.

Customer service is top notch! I ordered 2 bobbleheads (one male, one female with a dog). Both were created and delivered in less than 2 weeks. Customer service rep Mark was gracious in working with me with all of my changes and he kept me updated on the process. I was pleasantly surprised to receive them so quickly after my final approval. The bobbleheads are a very close match to the photos I supplied and I’m sure my friends will love them.

Oh my gosh! This is the SIXTH bobbler I have ordered (for various family members) and they absolutely love them! The likeness of the bobblers is just simply uncanny. We have a big family so I will definitely be ordering even more!

Lilly worked hard to address all of my concerns. I'm a perfectionist so I requested several changes to the bobble head's face, clothes and hair. The end product was great and my friend LOVED it.

From the very beginning to the end my experience was aces!!! It was easy to attach my photo - easy to choose what I wanted. Corresponding with the artist was seamless. I also received my bobblehead very quickly. A very nice surprise. I love my bobblehead and can’t wait to give it to my hubby on his birthday. 🎁 I thank you again!!!
