I ordered an item from a company called Glamour Goddess Jewelry. I wanted to let customer service know that I didn't recieve the product. The person I spoke to was extremely rude oftered refund but I stated I would rather the merchandise. In a very cold and rude manner he told me that he had already put in the refund and hung up on me. I called back and he kept hanging up on me 4 times to be exact. When I finally got him back on the phone I told him that his rudeness is not acceptable and he replied "I don't care." He also mentioned that he didn't want my business ever again. I've experienced rudeness but not on this level. I will never deal with business again and I hope others will reconsider using them as well.

Better business bureau needs to clean house and revamp their processes. I submitted a complaint against a consonant. The company responded they needed more time to review. Bbb sent me an email asking if I agreed to their terms, obviously I’m not trying to be a butt head of course I say they can have time to investigate further. BBB took my response as a settlement and closed my complaint. If they are not the most useless waste of time business I don’t know who is such a waste of time .

I recently posted a review about Truist bank not having any available escalation options for customer service through corporate. I had just opened an account with them and was having an issue and tried to get help and got nothing but the runaround. I posted a review on the BBB website and the Bank responded with their general customer service number and the BBB then decided to remove my review in spite of the fact my review wasn't that they didn't have a general customer service number. I called the number and received a call center in the Phillipines. The woman was rude and unprofessional and when I asked if this was an overseas call center that was managing and had access to my account information and finances she hung up on me. The second time I called I asked for a supervisor. The person answering the phone said immediately there was no supervisor available. When I pressed her and told her I would be closing this account due to the customer service issues she then stated "I'll see if a supervisor is available". Talk about putting the cart before the horse. I wouldn't categorize being sent to an overseas call center in the Phillipines and being lied to initially as "customer service" regardless of what Truist claims. I left a message with the BBB to ask why my review is no longer posted or "accessible" to which I have not received a response. There is little question in my mind this is just another sellout organization that profits from smoothing things over. This is why you will see literally thousands of negative reviews and complaints, all negative on a business that gets and A+ rating from the BBB. It seems that they are more interested in shilling for big business than representing the little people. They have zero credibility in my mind and sadly many people will be misled by their biased system of shilling for big business.

I have used them for refinancing and found the experience to be well handled by the agent, fully open with all the information we needed to make a great decision. The people were excellent, helpful and caring about our needs and situation. Thanks to all who helped.

SIRIUS XM RADIO made it almost impossible to cancel my subscription and even after numerous calls and e-mails they still charged me. They kept requesting information which I gave them and even when I called the customer service agent stated she had all my information then transferred me only to be disconnected again. Check them out and see for yourself where or how to cancel your subscription. Today they wrote again of course after charging me another 17.46. 2 months of absolutely no resolve. Do not use them.

Upon little review, every ''Click Here to view the complaint" link in BBB's email goes to a third party MandrillApp.com, aka Mailchimp, a known business that thrives on selling our privacy. Each click gets logged and then is redirected to BBB site. BBB also uses MandrillaApp's web beacons to track all recipients of its email. Related emails to senders, domain register, abuse and privacy departments went nowhere.

We have not been able to access our business account with BBB for over 6 months now. They did reply to one or two of our inquiries but are yet to resolve anything. Unacceptable B2B relationship.

I cover the estate after my mother died they took $45 out of her checking account two days after she passed away after being bedridden for three months and not using the phone. They have a number to call but I was on hold for an hour and dropped I called back they had a way of leaving a message I left a message twice and they have never responded. They ripped off an old woman even after she passed away.
