Had the pleasure of being connected with a great customer service representative by a name of Valerie and she was extremely courteous and helpful in solving my dilemma. It would be great if all representatives were as good and insightful as she is.

You submit a complaint and the company does nothing then marks it as unresolved… what a joke 👎

They do not allow facts being posted on their website the same as Wikipedia. The two organizations are racists.

They do not do anything. I am a victim of a 27,000.00 elaborate used car scam in Upstate, NY, and I lost my original 2018 Honda Fit trade-in with no lien and I also permanently lost my NYS Drivers License due to the scam as SFCU put Texas insurance on the 2019 Nissan, and NY DMV did not accept the insurance. I lost the 2019 Nissan Versa, a great car from the Ford dealership. The scam involves two banks (SFCU, and Community Bank, NA) and two car dealerships Nissan and Royal Auto of Oneonta, NY). I live in a rural area, and I am a senior. The BBB does nothing about it, just refers me to other agencies that do nothing--NYS Attorney General's Office (Binghamton, NY); Consumer Affairs Protection Bureau, NCUA--none of them do anything and refer me to a different agency. The NYS Consumer Affairs Division does nothing either but refers me to another do-nothing agency. I sense that the consumer affairs departments are all lazy, racist, or incompetent. I spent a lot of time putting all the documents together, and they do not do anything. Last year, the BBB helped me with receiving a refund from a company. This year, they do not seem to do anything.

The worst to have such a name, when in actuality just a place your grieviness and if the business is not bbb they just blow you off.Thats why I tell business that say they are part of bbb doesn't mean anything to me

They once were an awesome resource but it seems they lost their passion somewhere along the way. They need a makeover and new management.

Absolute scammers of the worst order. They fleece small business for money and then pretend to provide honest reviews when they're actually just extortionists.
