Arrived in the timeframe that was paid out upon ordering (with free shipping, cant beat that) and worked just like advertised out of the packaging. Showed off the product to a few of my friends and they're also interested in them (although one was kind of bummed there wasnt a case for his LG phone)

Thank you so much for your support. We look forward to seeing you again.
Waited a while for my LED phone case to arrive, which is fine becuse I'm pretty patient. But after it arrived 3+ weeks later, I was super disappointed so see that it simply does not work at all. There is no lighting no matter what I do, I've tried inserting the USB C both ways, played music as loud as I could, I even tested the USB C port on my phone to make sure it was working. Honestly, I dont really like leaving negative reviews, but I am extremely disappointed.

Bought a LED case and the ad showed the whole middle and top half of the back of the case fully lite and illuminated. But when I received my led case which it took 17 days mind you, only half of the LEDs actually lit up. Complete waste of money totally feel scammed. I contacted support no response so far it's been 20 days since purchase and I have only half working case. PS my case is the one with all the Japanese signs lit up, it's the one on the front page for the note 9/10.

Hi, We're sorry to hear about your frustrations with your case! Also, some items are custom made case so it needs 1-3 days to arrange the production. Generally, the shipping may take 7-15 days or even faster. So it’s a normal date if you took 17 days to received the package. It's difficult to cater to all tastes and please all. All the product information has shown on the website. Please read carefully before place the order. All of our LED case designs go through an extensive series of artist's works to ensure the perfect show on the case. The led products have different versions and the one you get is the optimized version. Please send an email to [email protected] with the order number or email that used to place the order if there is any problem. Best Regards, BazaarDoDo team
Just got mine already love it looks nice fits snug and even allows magnetic charging adapters. Only time will tell if it can hold up without the back cracking
