Cost Effective but I would hesitate to call them cheap. Battle steel makes modern plates that stand up to test and they work with their customers to give them top tier customer service. I would recommend Battle Steel for your armor needs if you aren't willing to shell out 5x-50x more for a product that performs the same from name brands. 10/10 products and service
