Raph and Divine are always patient and helpful when I ask questions. I prefer Batch Skiptracing because it's more accurate than DealMachine's free Skiptracing, which gave me lots of wrong numbers or people saying they're not that person. One thing that could be better is not charging me for duplicates that were already checked on a different list. Other than that, it's a great service.
