Basis Pet (Not Basic Pet)Reviews of basispet.com

I purchased the large basis dog food aNd water bowls. I could not be happier with the product. Thank you for creating safe, non-toxic bowls.

I was looking for a product made in the USA and found Basis Pet. Ordered two stainless steel bowls. I love the sleek modern look. I had a bid of trouble with the first order with one of the bowls having tiny rust spots within just a few days. Basis Pet replaced the bowl with no questions asked and said in most instances like this, a replacement will solve the problem. I have had my new bowl now for over a month and so far so good. I would order these again. Great customer service.

If you love your four legged friends, these are the bowls for you!

Great service - very nice product - when I received the product I ordered, I realized the bowls were too small for the dog I was getting. Mike immediately sent me the next larger size with a return label enclosed. He cross shipped without charging me (except for the price difference). The new bowls arrived a couple of days later. The bowls and stand are well-made from certified US materials. He is a small-scale domestic entrepreneur. It is a pleasure to do business with him.

Received my order in a couple days and couldn't be happier I finally found bowls for my beloved pets that are safe and made in the USA!! Thanks again!!

The bowl appears to be well made and I hope to have it for many years.

Mike was fantastic - answering my many probing questions. Ordered the stainless steel bowls & they're beautiful, functional & ++quality. One of the best online shopping experiences!

I became concerned about the quality of stainless steel when I read about a random test that was conducted on large shipments of stainless steel pet bowls being sold at a big box store. The tests detected low levels of radioactive material and lead. During my research I discovered Basis Pet and learned that they take extra steps to ensure their stainless steel bowls are made from non-radioactive and lead free metal. Not only are the bowls safe...they're durable, beautiful, and made in the USA. Thank you, Basis Pet!
