I originally ordered small bowls, which were too small for my dog. I emailed basis pet to ask how to return them. They refunded the money at the time of that email even though I had not even put the bowls in the mail to go back! I couldn't believe it:no balking, no complaints, completely trusted me to send the bowls back! They even stated how they understood me ordering the wrong bowls...... The mediums are perfect! Now I am willing to patiently wait as they design their new stands, which I am sure will be awesome.

I purchased three bowls and two stands. Love them, the stands are gorgeous and the bowls are awesome. I will never buy bowls or stands anywhere else again. Every time I walk in the kitchen I am so happy with what I see. Great quality : )

These bowls are awesome! So easy to clean and safe for my pooch. I thought they were a bit small when I took them out of the box but seems to work just fine for my 45lb german shepherd mix.

Thanks for respecting cats' whiskers! Very good design stainless steel cat bowls, perfect size and height so cats can eat without involving their whiskers. Size is perfect, quality of steel is excellent, finish is attractive. I've discarded the old plastic (probably BPA-containing) bowls; these are much healthier and will last indefinitely. And I'm pleased to be buying something made in the USA. Thanks for a fine product.

I ordered 2 medium stainless steel bowls for my dog. The bowls are beautifully made, and I love that I know they are made of a safe material. They arrived really fast and were well packaged in perfect condition.
