I STILL haven't received my product. Longest I've waited EVER on anything that I have ever ordered online. UNACCEPTABLE!

Baseus does not care about its customers. You have my money, and make it almost impossible for customer to return item for refund. Product is substandard crap.

I'm still evaluating the unit. I'm deciding whether to keep or return it. I'm disappointed in the USB. I would have expected more and higher capacity ones.

Can’t even get it on. I press the on button once. Doesn’t work. Press and hold it. Doesn’t work. The only way I get the screen on is if I’m charging the power bank itself. As soon as I unplug it from the outlet , it’s dead

The order arrives after the time indicated for purchase. It was a gift that I couldn't deliver in time.

I bought the MA10 model, the product is good for the price you pay. The issue is the after sale support. If something happens with the product, don't expect any "customer satisfaction" approach.
