Lama and the team are amazing and always there to help whenever I have a question the software they have has saved me tremendous amount of work and plenty of hours that I otherwise would have had to spend with my books. Thank you!

Najwa Raydan was so helpful and patient with me. She walked me through every question and misunderstandings I had while being SO VERY professional and kind! I am so impressed with her professionalism!!

Instant help and solution to my banking issue

We evaluated a few different banking / bookkeeping tools and ended up with Baselane. I love how easy it is to use, the ability to open up virtual accounts, and categorize expenses. It’s great that it’s all designed too for our real estate business.

The customer support was quick and very helpful, even on a Saturday. I was very impressed.

Najwa Raydan was AMAZING. She stayed online with me to make sure I got online and was all set. I was having trouble, and she took her time and found a way to get me up and running. Her patience with me was wonderful. Five-star customer service.

Excellent customer support from Baselane, Lama was able to help out on an inquiry I had regarding a Baselane promotion. Very responsive on any questions I had. Keep up the great customer service!
