I contacted Baselane regarding an invoicing discrepancy where my tenant was unable to view an invoice that appeared active on my end. I had the pleasure of speaking with Bassam Mezher, who quickly identified the source of the confusion: the tenant was not looking under the active lease period. Mr. Mezher was patient, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to ensure I fully understood the platform's interface, sent a step-by-step instructional email to my tenant, and even walked me through exactly what the tenant sees on their side. I couldn't be more satisfied with this experience. Baselane is lucky to have Mr. Mezher on their team; his support is a testament to the company’s commitment to providing excellent service.

The customer service was excellent. Had a tricky tax situation that Lama did a fantastic job managing and resolving for me. Everyone at Baselane was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. A+++ service!

Baselane has been a game changer in being able to be my own book keeper for all my properties and for managing several different accounts for my properties. They even helped me reconcile months of missing transactions that were missing on a new credit card that I had opened and linked to the book keeping within Baselane.

Baselane has made bookkeeping for our short term rentals exceptionally easy to do. The structure of the website is very easy to use. I think as they grow and develop an app we will see even more benefits to using Baselane. Convenience is key!

Does what I need it to - manage and collect money. I plan to use it in conjunction with Zillow for now but will likely eventually invest in the many features in one sitting. Very secure, requiring verification that you own the properties. Customer service (especially my representative Mona) is top notch and fast.

Very helpful and patient help available. I'm older and frustrated somewhat by technology. The Baselane Rep. Salwa was kind and so patient....good experience.
