Hala did an excellent job of resolving my thorny problem! her customer service was ideal. I was very upset and confused prior to her intervention. Now I just have to wait three days to see if it all works out.

I've been using Baselane for one year now to help manage my rentals. It is great for so many reasons. I love it because it emails the tenants to remind them of their rent due dates. It automatically collects late fees, it has a bank account with debit cards, lease organization and signing and also a ledger system for bookkeeping. The help response from their team is also amazing. I am so pleased and would find no reason to change at all!
