The devise had rust all over the battery connection. When I complained I was emailed a discount to purchase another one. When I tried to use it, the coupon did not work and when I tried to send an email to their support team, it bounced back. However, I did find a number to call and I was told I would get a refund. The customer service rep. was very helpful.
