I purchased one Bark no more product from that company but I was charged double the price $77.65 for one bark no more. When I complained to the company they gave me a credit to their in-store products that they offering to sale. Which I never wanted credit with their company I wanted my money returned to my original card that I made the purchased with. The company fraudulently over charged me . The produced I did order came to my address but my dog hates the devices. whatever sound is coming off of the Bark No More product is giving my dog anxiety and fear. The product does not hold up to the advertisement that it claims to have. I called to request a full refund of $77.65. I have no problem with returning this product that is harmful for my dogs nervous system. I called twice , told customer service my issues and twice the company has hung up on me . The BARK NO MORE company states that they have a money back guarantee and that is exacting what I want MY MONEY BACK ON MY CARD IMMEDIATELY. I am about to make a report to the BBB and the fair business act to the commissioner's office if the company will not handle my complaint in a prompted matter. I was scammed and I am putting this review out there because It's buyers beware of this company. They are advertising products under false pretense . They deliberately doubled charged me. Refused to give my money back to the original card of payment and they falsified on the ability on the claim of what the Bark No More device could do.

BIGGEST PIECE OF CRAP TO EVER BE PUT ON THE MARKET. AND BIGGEST RIP OFF OF TRYING TO GET A REFUND. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PURCHASE.

“Buyer Beware” I purchased a Bark No More device based on its advertising; however, the product was smaller than expected, lacked the advertised features, and had no noticeable effect on either dog after being charged overnight. When I requested a refund, the company offered a complimentary upgraded model and stated that accepting it would avoid multiple refund-processing fees. In my view, this experience raises concerns about the company’s advertising and refund practices. Prospective customers should carefully consider these issues before purchasing from Bark No More. They have not responded since I did not accept their offer for an alleged upgrading devise. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!

Wished my rescue dog would have come with this device. It would have saved me 3 years of agony. My dog went bat banana crazy and really hard to handle in te vicinity of other dogs cats turtles etc. One day of training Ihave a new dog. On the second day all I had to do on my hike was showing her the device and saying NO. No more barking pulling or snarling. I call it my magic wand. Thank you

This product, Barks No More, made absolutely no affect or change on my dog. Pointed directly at her, it certainly does nothing. I tried to get a refund, but it was out of the month period, so it's just junk, in the trash.

This doesn't work at all a waste of money

I wish I could give negative stars. The product didnt work at all. The dogs didnt respond at all the the sound and I tried both setting. I asked to return the item I had for less than 24 hrs and they informed me of all the fees and charges they would deduct from my refund. So they only offered me a 50% refund. This is why I only buy off amazon or somewhere with better customer service.

Total rip-off. Do not order from this company. This is a scam. Save your money!
