Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your overall experience with your order did not meet your expectations. We reviewed the communication associated with your order and understand that there were concerns during the order and delivery process. While the concerns described in this review differ somewhat from what was previously discussed with our Customer Service team, we understand that the overall experience was frustrating and regret that we weren’t able to reach a resolution that left you satisfied. We take both product quality and customer service seriously. If there are additional concerns with the banner itself that we have not yet had the opportunity to review, we encourage you to contact our Customer Service team so we can better understand the issue and determine how we may be able to help.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that this order did not reflect the positive experience you'd had with us previously. We understand how frustrating it is when communication, artwork approval, and production timing don't go as expected—especially when your order is tied to an important deadline. Our goal is to provide clear communication and dependable service throughout every order, so we're disappointed to hear that we fell short. We appreciate your feedback and use comments like yours to continue improving our ordering process, communication, and overall customer experience.
