From account opening to calling customer service, I've been impressed every single time. I closed my accounts at PenFed and First Tech because they became focused on the wrong things as they grew to be too big for their britches. When you call customer service, a REAL HUMAN answers immediately (during office hours) and God do I appreciate that. The same goes for account opening support. REAL HUMANS who know what to do and are ALL US-based. Those companies that use offshore call centers to save money cause us all a lot of headache and anxiety. I don't care about how polite they are and how they can repeat my problem back, I just want a person in this country who understands all the nuances of English.
