I was able to redeem from them several times. Don't be fooled. First of all, their LLC is listed in Florida which i was able to verify. I was also able to find the name and location of the chief owner and operator of Epic Play Holding Company. That person is located in Lisbon, Portugal. I asked for contact information and was told that I could not obtain that information. I started spending more than I should for someone of my means. I started monitoring my wins and losses very carefully. Just as they will monitor a players spending pattern. The tactics that are used are less than humane. They have a VIP program . I asked 3 different times to have my account closed. The last request included a statement by me telling them that I couldnt afford to lose any more money and that I actually felt sick from the extended hours of game play. In each case, the day after I requested the account closure , I received an email from an agent with a friendly message stating that a gift was prepared just for me. On 2 occasions, 200 extra SC were added to my account . The other time it was 100 SC. IS that promoting responsible gameplay? One time while playing a game, as my balance became low, a message popped up on the screen ( to paraphrase) that said " refill your tank" , a prompt during a game on the screen with my card information. I just left it on the screen figuring it would disappear when in fact the transaction processed without my submission. Sweepstakes casinos are not regulated like traditional gambling sites. They claim a return to player percentage on all games. If one examined the terms and conditions , it states explicitly that the owner/ operator can change the return to player at any time at their discretion. Translate that to when your balance keeps falling, and then as youre about to run out you start winning again. Its a cycle .Coordinated to keep you playing, to keep you in the game.. when I play I only do so with paid bonus rounds . Usually either 20 or 40 SC per round. At least a dozen times my balance fell below 20 SC only to then have a decent round that did nothing more than keep me playing longer.. Increase my screen time.. I ve recorded numerous sessions that I will introduce on a channel soon to be named. I mentioned the RTP. When someone complains of bad luck, the response is always the same. " All outcomes are completely by chance". There will be winning spins and losing spins. If the operation of the casino is performed internationally, this is not accurate . There is whats called compensatory game control which is an alternative to random games of chance. It gives the operator more leverage in arriving at a desired RTP. All of this is public information.
