Hi Seth, Thank you so much for the great review and for sharing your experience with us! We’re thrilled to hear that Bankrolla has become your favorite online sweepstake site and that you’re enjoying our promotions, game selection, and fast redemptions. We also appreciate you mentioning the verification step. While verification is a one-time process required to keep the platform secure and compliant, we understand that the lack of follow-up communication could have been confusing. We’re glad everything was resolved smoothly after resubmitting the redemption request, and it’s great to hear you haven’t had any issues since. Thanks again for your honest feedback, it helps us improve. If you ever need assistance or have questions in the future, our support team is always here to help. Best of luck and happy playing:) Bankrolla Team

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback — we really appreciate it. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the layout, the overall flow, and discovered some games that stood out for you. That means a lot to us. We also hear you regarding the promotions and, especially, the redemption timing. Redemption processing times can vary depending on verification status, request volume, and review requirements, even on business days. That said, we understand how important speed is, and we’re continuously working on improving turnaround times while still operating within our Terms & Conditions and compliance standards. We’re sorry to hear that this experience led you to step away, but we truly appreciate you giving BankRolla a try and sharing what worked — and what didn’t — from your perspective. If you ever decide to return or have questions about redemption timelines, our support team is always happy to help. Wishing you all the best, and thank you again for the feedback 😉 Kind regards, BankRolla Team

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand your frustration and we want to address this thoughtfully. We want to be clear: Bankrolla does not take funds or close accounts without cause. Account-level decisions, including redemption denials and account actions, are made in accordance with our terms of service. We acknowledge that when these decisions are communicated without sufficient clarity, it can feel deeply unfair — and we are sorry for any confusion or distress this has caused. If you believe the terms cited in your case were applied incorrectly, we encourage you to reach out to our support team and formally request a review. We take these escalations seriously and want every case handled fairly. Best regards, Bankrolla Team
