We would like to clarify that we did respond to your messages by email shortly after receiving them. Our first reply was sent on November 25, and when we did not hear back, we followed up again on December 2. In both emails, we asked which bag or color you would like to exchange for, as we needed to confirm availability due to limited inventory. As a small independent brand, we currently handle customer service exclusively by email to ensure every request is properly tracked and answered. Occasionally, replies can unfortunately land in spam or promotions folders, which may explain why our messages were not seen.
