BAISI WIG is the top 10 hairdressing brand in United States. BAISI WIG strives to provide quality hair products at affordable prices. Such as undetectable lace wigs, lace frontal wigs, closure lace wigs, full lace wigs, hair weaves, etc. BAISI WIG has won the trust and support of millions of customers, so recently there have been special fraud gangs imitating BAISI WIG website and deceiving customers, selling them at very low prices and sending wigs by very poor quality chemical fibers to buyers. . We work hard to help many fraudulent buyers fight these fake websites. Be vigilant and don't get scammed! Don't forget our official website: www.baisiwig.com

I ordered and paid for 2 full lace wigs. I received lace fronts. I requested y money back and they kept trying to talk me out of it. The hair does not look like what I paid for. I cried cause I was so disappointed. Be careful

Hi dear, sorry for the inconvenience caused, but we checked your order, you ordered is the lace frontal wig not the full lace wig. If you want the style in full lace wig, you can contact us , we can customize it for you! Normally we have hairstylist here to make the hairstyle perfect before we shipping the wig to u,but it may be squeezed during transportation,so it will needs some styling after receiving it. Could you pls try it? And if you have any question, pls feel free to contact us! We promise that we will ask our shipping department to pick out the beat quality hair and give you a nice discount for you in next order. Wish you will give us another chance! Thanks!
Very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns

I needed my wigs in a custom size and Ashley from sales assisted me with this process. Customer service is superb. Can’t wait to receive my wigs. Stay tuned for the review of the product.

This company is a scam. Not only was the product they sent me obviously synthetic, but the cut was nothing like what was advertised. I wish Trustpilot offered the option to upload photos. The wig was literally unwearable and the "hair" falling out. The 30 day refund policy advertised on their site is a lie. They offered to return $30 of the $131 I paid like we were in "Let's Make a Deal." When I said I wanted all of my money returned, they replied, "Returns may take time and carry some risk of loss as our main warehouse is in Guangzhou, China. The tax for returning the product will be very high according to the current Trump tariff policy." The return address on the package was Jamaica, NY, not Guangzhou, China. Wish I could give this zero stars. Again, this company is a scam.
