I ordered yesterday and I haven't got a confirmation or a email or nothing

The shipping process is long and updates are not consistent im not ordering again sorry this order was place on the /8/4/26 the last update was on 8/11/26 disappointed customer I've recieve my package on the 08/17/26 hair is soft but I'm still disappointed because the style is not what was shown in guess I'll have my hairdresser give it some more curls... and thanks once again.

Ordered all most 3 hundred dollars of wigs they didn’t fit good one of the colors was golden blonde but I ordered 613 can’t return them because I tried to fix them to my liking but was not happy plus it’s my birthday week not happy with these wigs very disappointed

Hi dear, Sorry for the inconvenience caused, Normally we have hairstylist here to make the hairstyle perfect before we shipping the wig to u,but it may be squeezed during transportation,so it will needs some styling after receiving it. For the color. we checked that we sent the 613 color to you and it is light color, wish get your understanding! I purchase a Baisi wig right before the Christmas holidays. When I received it I immediately tried it on. This wig was to large, the color was jet black, and did not have a define style. Take the wig right out of the box I was not satisfied with the quality. When I call to get the QR code to return the wig I was given every excuse in the box. I will not be purchasing any wigs from Baisi again.

More information about your wigs One or more colors? Will wigs be styled like picture? Need to know texture of the hair. Is it human, synthetic? Will the buyer have to style or will a beautician be required? How best to style & care for hair? Length of hair.Pictures should be 360 & able to enlarge. Is the wig ready to wear or need to have it styled at a salon? These things are very important for buyers.

They got in touch with me right after ordering which is reassuring but I hope they sen my wig on time for my wedding …update my wig did not come in time for my wedding so it’s not as fast of a shipment as they say it is…

Delivery was quick considering wig was shipped from China. Customer service was quick with a response to confirm wig size I requested. Although size was confirmed as small they sent large. After some tutorials on YouTube I was able to make the wig size small enough to fit. The wig was cut and the back needs no additional styling. The front was straight and can be curled and styled. I would have liked the front to be a little thinner but overall I’m satisfied.
