I absolutely love my BAI. It had a small learning curve for someone that was completely new to embroidery. But, I’d love to line my shop up with BAI machines. Once you learn it, it is a work horse. It took me less than a month to figure it out. The support team is amazing and always ready to help. If you are into embroidering hats, then this is the machine that you need.
