Hello, We deeply regret the inconvenience you have experienced regarding your parcel logistics. The issue arose from the instability of customs policies in March, which led to packages being intercepted by customs and subsequently returned, causing delays in logistics. We have maintained close communication with the logistics providers to resolve the delivery issues of customers' packages, but ultimately the packages were still returned. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please rest assured that the logistics issues have now been resolved, and the delivery speed has returned to normal. We are always committed to ensuring that all packages are delivered smoothly. In order to provide you with the best possible assistance, we kindly request that you furnish us with your order number or the email address associated with your purchase. This will enable us to thoroughly understand your specific case and offer the appropriate support. We are grateful for bringing this matter to our attention, allowing us the opportunity to enhance our services. We appreciate your valuable feedback and continuous support for our products. Best regards, Baginning

Hi Tonya, We sincerely apologize for the extremely frustrating experience you've had with your order. This is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide. The issues you encountered were primarily caused by unexpected U.S. customs policy changes that led to significant shipping delays, customs clearance complications and the package being incorrectly routed back to our factory by the logistics carrier. Please understand that these international shipping complications were beyond our direct control. Please don't worry, the logistics issue has now been resolved, and the logistics speed has returned to normal. We want to confirm that after the package was successfully returned to our facility, we immediately processed your full refund through the dispute system as you requested. To prevent such situations in the future, we've implemented several improvements. Your feedback, though painful to hear, is invaluable in helping us improve our services. We hope you might consider giving us another chance to demonstrate the quality service we normally provide to our customers. Best regards, Baginning

Hi Beth, We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you've experienced with your order. Please believe that we are not a scam company - we genuinely shipped your item as promised, which is evidenced by the tracking information showing the package's journey. When the logistics system initially indicated a failed delivery attempt, we also shared all available tracking updates and provided local contact information to help you investigate the package's status with the carrier directly. Our team also worked diligently with the logistics provider to resolve the delivery issues and expedite the shipment. We're relieved to understand from your subsequent communications that you did eventually receive your package, though we completely appreciate how stressful this experience must have been for you. We take all customer feedback seriously and have used this case to improve our shipping coordination processes. If there's anything else we can do to make this right or if you have any remaining concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team directly. Your satisfaction remains our top priority. Best regards, Baginning

Hello, We are truly sorry for the completely unacceptable experience you've had with your order. Please accept our deepest apologies for any inconvenience caused. Regarding your contact attempts, we acknowledge with regret that your messages during the weekend of April 19th were caught in our weekend backlog. While we processed them in chronological order when we returned on Monday, this delay was unacceptable. Once we received your photos on April 23rd, we immediately initiated a full refund process for you through PayPal. A personal follow-up from our quality control team to understand how we failed so we can prevent similar issues. Your feedback, though painful to receive, is helping us improve. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the chance to regain your trust. Sincerely, Baginning
