Very disappointed about my purchase..The black croco embossed bag looks like plastic, has a strong chemical smell and looks cheap. The delivery was ok. Will not be shopping with this company again...Bummer!!!

I was really excited about my leather satchel as it looked and felt really nice upon opening, but it didn't even take two weeks and only using it three times until the plaque broke off of one of the sangles. Really disappointing for the price.

Hello, We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologize that the quality of your satchel did not hold up as expected. It is disheartening to know that a bag you were excited about showed signs of wear so soon — and we completely understand your disappointment. This is not the standard of quality we strive for, and we take your feedback very seriously. To better assist you, could you please provide us with your order number or Email address used for the purchase? This will allow us to know your specific case thoroughly and provide assistance. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to improve our service. Thanks for your advice and support for our products. Best regards, Baginning
I ordered 3 bags with high hopes. They were shipped in 2 packages quickly. One package was misdelivered to another home and never found, the other has been stuck in "delay problem" with shipper for over 10 days and shipper won't reply. I really wanted those bags, and Baginnings did their part, but try to request a different shipper than Uniuni out of China. I filed a PayPal case for the entire $280 as no bags ever made it. Even if I get my money back, I am afraid to reorder and go through this again. I think Baginnings should have resent items with a better shipping but they have all but disappeared as well now and keep telling me they are "investigating".

Hi Charlie, We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment caused by the delays and misdelivery of your packages. We completely understand how disheartening it must be to eagerly await your orders and encounter such unforeseen issues. After you contacted us about not receiving the items, we immediately coordinated with the shipping carrier to investigate the situation. While the process took some time, we ultimately confirmed that one package was lost and the other faced prolonged delays. As you requested, we have already processed a full refund of $280 to your original payment method. The amount should already have been reflected in your account. At Baginnings, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience, and we deeply regret that we fell short in your case. Your feedback regarding the shipping carrier is invaluable, and we are actively reviewing our logistics partnerships to ensure more dependable options for our customers moving forward. We truly hope to regain your trust and would be grateful for the opportunity to serve you better in the future. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Warm regards, Baginning
I ordered a fairly expensive jelly tote which never arrived. I received an initial confirmation but nothing since, not even tracking info. The company has failed to respond to two inquiries made several weeks after the order was placed. As of now (1/20/24), they are issuing a refund. They say they sent me a notice in December that they were not able to find the "material" for the bag. I may have missed it because they don't put anything in the subject line. Their writing is also poorly done and unclear and, no, they don't respond to emails promptly.

Hi Penny, We're so sorry for the inconvenience for you. We already contacted you in December last year about the situation of this order. Because of the material problem for the bag so we asked your idea for exchanging other style or prefer a refund. But you always said you didn't receive our message even if we sent same messages several times. After your confirmation, we have issued a full refund for you as compensation. And the refund was already processed by us and successfully return to your account as promised before. Any future question, please don't hesitate to contact with us. Thank you for your feedback we'll constantly improve our service. Best, Baginning
