Founded by actress and animal activist Katherine Heigl, we create products made with some of the healthiest foods on Earth — like premium, hearty beef from suppliers who care about the humane treatment of animals, as well as hand-selected superfoods for canine health. We also make it a priority to employ safe, responsible cooking practices by slow-cooking and air-drying our dog food to ensure maximum freshness and nutritional content. It’s all the good stuff your dog needs to thrive, with none of the bad. Named for her ranch in Utah where the Heigl Family rescues animals, Badlands Ranch stands for treating every dog with love and respect. That’s why it is a proud sponsor of the Jason Debus Heigl Foundation and its rescue efforts, medical care, obedience training, and placement of dogs in happy, loving homes. With every purchase of a Badlands Ranch product, you’re not just helping your dog achieve a healthier life… you’re helping another dog in need find a forever home.

My dogs love this. I can’t afford to feed them only Badlands so I give them it as a topper feeding my little dogs 1/4 of a cup a day and my big dog gets a cup. I’ve noticed one of my dogs that was underweight is gaining a bit of weight my big dogs coat is more shiny and they all look forward to eating!

I really like feeding my older pups real food. Want them to enjoy what is left in their lives without inflammation.

I have a bull terrier. She was the runt of the litter, so she’s very small very picky on what she eats. She loves that so much if I would’ve let her she would have eaten the whole bag in about two seconds. she’s a happy dog, but she’s happier with a full & happy belly thank you

I have four small Yorkies (4-6 lbs) which are almost 8yrs old. They all love this Superfood! I’ve seen an increase in their energy levels, their coats are softer and seem fuller, and overall they are more playful and puppylike. I am elated I found out about Badlands dog food!!

Gus is eating everything in his bowl every night. He also is coming into the kitchen when I begin to make dinner because he knows his bowl will also get filled and he watches me until it’s done. He had lost interest in his food before Badlands Ranch.
