Founded by actress and animal activist Katherine Heigl, we create products made with some of the healthiest foods on Earth — like premium, hearty beef from suppliers who care about the humane treatment of animals, as well as hand-selected superfoods for canine health. We also make it a priority to employ safe, responsible cooking practices by slow-cooking and air-drying our dog food to ensure maximum freshness and nutritional content. It’s all the good stuff your dog needs to thrive, with none of the bad. Named for her ranch in Utah where the Heigl Family rescues animals, Badlands Ranch stands for treating every dog with love and respect. That’s why it is a proud sponsor of the Jason Debus Heigl Foundation and its rescue efforts, medical care, obedience training, and placement of dogs in happy, loving homes. With every purchase of a Badlands Ranch product, you’re not just helping your dog achieve a healthier life… you’re helping another dog in need find a forever home.

Great product, fast shipping! And the dogs actually LOVE the food. One is a picky eater and she gobbles it down…and the other is a puppy and she loves it !

Both of our fur kids really like the food as their meal topper. The younger one (Damon) can't get enough. The older one (Maddie) started out very strongly eating it but has become a bit picky lately, even though she still does. I wish we could afford to give them both this food as their complete meal all of the time. Definitely a great product.

My dog absolutely loves this food! He’s never been so excited about food. He whines n jumps on me the whole time I’m preparing his meal. Only con is I wish it didn’t cost so much for such a small bag.

I saw the advertisement on I believe TV? with Katherine Schlagel, who I like as an actress and liked what she was doing with strays and how they were trying to offer a healthier option for dogs. Delivery was not long to NJ. Bodie our Dachshund does like his food. I think it is a very good product but may not switch to giving him only (100%) but intend on using it as a supplement to add with his other food, primarily at dinner time. Does it come in Chicken flavor. Chicken is his favorite.

One of two rescue dogs is a very picky eater. We had tried so many things to get her to eat. With Badlands Ranch Superfood Complete and the Superfood Bites she will eat as soon as food is presented to her. Thank you so very much!!
