Founded by actress and animal activist Katherine Heigl, we create products made with some of the healthiest foods on Earth — like premium, hearty beef from suppliers who care about the humane treatment of animals, as well as hand-selected superfoods for canine health. We also make it a priority to employ safe, responsible cooking practices by slow-cooking and air-drying our dog food to ensure maximum freshness and nutritional content. It’s all the good stuff your dog needs to thrive, with none of the bad. Named for her ranch in Utah where the Heigl Family rescues animals, Badlands Ranch stands for treating every dog with love and respect. That’s why it is a proud sponsor of the Jason Debus Heigl Foundation and its rescue efforts, medical care, obedience training, and placement of dogs in happy, loving homes. With every purchase of a Badlands Ranch product, you’re not just helping your dog achieve a healthier life… you’re helping another dog in need find a forever home.

My Mittens is 💩 is so much healthier now than when she started. It used to be slimy. Her coat is so soft and she has so much energy. She won't even eat her other dog food. I don't know what I'm doing to do when this is gone cuz I can't afford anymore. I got 9 bags at that discount but I won't get that same discount again so I can't keep getting it for her.

My dog is a VERY active mixed terrier. Honestly I dont see a significant change but because I know this is an excellent product for her I will continue giving it to her. I really feel I am finally giving her the best food!

In May I lost my job so I notified Badlands Ranch of my predicament and to cancel my subscription. I was then charged for monthly product in May and then never received it. I heard nothing from Badlands Ranch, which BTW you cannot phone and must deal with them by email. When I was billed in June, I notified them that I need a refund from May and June. They have responded by saying that they are only able to refund 30% of what they owe me from each order. This in the face of losing my job and have done nothing wrong!! I am angry with such poor customer service. I would expect better from this kind of company. I will make use of social media, etc. to make people aware of these dishonest company practices.

My dog's loose stools are much better. She also likes the taste of the food. She also loves the training treats and they do not upset her tummy either. She has lost weight, which she needed to and her coat looks great.

I did a lot of reading and gathered a lot of information that was important to me before purchasing this product. We have 2 dogs (an almost 8 year old Golden Retriever and a 1.5 year old English Shepherd) when I heard about the decline in life span for Goldens, I became more interested. I am on a limited budget and I knew I wasn’t going to be able to have this as a primary source of food for my dogs, but I thought, “I can use it as a topper”. Well as things would go, my dogs love this food. They readily come to the bowl and sometimes try to dive into one another’s for an extra bit. I am only using as a topper and will continue to do so, but I am hooked and so are they.

After consuming Badlands Ranch Superfood Complete, my French Bulldog has had brighter eyes, no ear issues, her coat is great, she has less shedding, and her younger appearance is evident everyday. She used to chew her paw now and then, she’s never even looked at it since we started her new food regiment. I use it as a topper with her regular food, because I cannot afford to feed it to her as her whole meal. I’m very happy with these results. Thank you.
