Dear David, I'm disappointed to hear that your order was received damaged. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We use USPS for the majority of our shipments as they normally provide the quickest most cost effective service to fulfill our orders. Obviously this did not occur in your case and I can see why you would be unhappy. Please advise which items were received without the vacuum seal or arrived warm. We will happily replace these items and apologize for the inconvenience. If you could possibly send us a picture of the crushed box you received it would help us in submitting a claim to USPS. Sincerely, Christa
