I purchased a baby green iguana and the customer service was great. They kept contacted with me everyday and when I received my iguana it was exactly how I expected. He was great.

I received my baby blue eye whites tree frog today and, although I almost passed out when I saw how teeny tiny she is, I couldn’t have been more pleased or happier. I have 4 other juvenile Dumpies and when I purchased them as “babies” (from a different company) they were 5x bigger than this little one. She’s tiny! I’ve named her Moxie because right out of the box she was strutting herself about her quarantine enclosure, hunting and didn’t ever seem to mind that she’d just been jostled about for several hours or that I couldn’t take my eyes off her. Although her color was a little darker when she arrived from traveling even that already improving. I’m so in love with her I can barely stand it!

I received my little Hermann, he is so cute. Within minutes of unpacking and holding him he began moving like crazy. He ate right away and just began roaming all over his enclosure. Thanks Backwater for my new addition to my family he is cute.

Great customer service just be aware that you have to check your email in order to communicate but they had great customer service arrived just on time like they said they send me the schedule and everything beautiful creature very healthy and active I got me a frilled dragon lizard

I've ordered from a couple different places and backwater reptiles has been the fastest and most reliable with getting my critters to my house safe I've gotten a fire ball python and a albino corn snake and a blue iguana all of them showed up healthy hydrated and there reptiles are really calm and are easy to handle even my iguana is calm and used to being around people great site give them a try -christopher

Just received my pink bellied side neck turtle today. Got here next day as advertised and in great health. It is very active and has a good appetite. Overall great experience. On a side note. I was a little concerned about ordering a turtle from y’all based on all of the bad reviews I saw on YouTube about your company. Y’all should really start a campaign to improve your online reputation.

Great company. Easy website to navigate through. I had some questions by email and immediate responses. They shipped four Water Dragons overnight and the arrived healthy and full of energy. Certainly, a great company to do business with.
