Terrible service
After sending three emails to yourselves, I haven't had any response. So unfortunately here we are. I visited your London branch on Sunday 22nd of October 2023 with a couple of friends. Having checked your website on the morning of our 2/3 hour journey, it said that you were closed on the 2nd of October. So that was fine, it didn't effect us. We arrived at your facility late afternoon and we were given the spiel by the gentleman at the door on which package was best to buy. I opted for the £55 one. After purchasing said package we were then told that the park would be closing in 45 minutes for an event. Already annoyed this wasn't mentioned in the first place (also no refunds) we went in and tried to play as many games as we could, not particularly enjoyable having to rush about. Apart from problems with the phones and the machines communicating badly, we were then told the park was closing and to basically get out. We weren't even allowed to redeem the tickets that we had won. We spoke the girl at the prize redemption place near the entrance but no help was given apart from her 'understanding' about the travel time since she has to travel a long way to get to work. That does not help us as customers. She also mentioned to always check the website on the day; that really helped since it was wrong. If I could include a screenshot of the website on the day we travelled I would do, as about 15 minutes later it had changed from being closed in the 2nd of October, to being closed at 4pm on Sunday 22nd of October. We have no intention of returning and I would like my money back and my account deleted.
